To make sure these workouts are sustainable for you, I will tailor them to your fitness level and schedule. Whether you can gym 5 times a week or twice a week, I will make it work!
Proper form and correct muscle engagement is KEY to growing muscle and minimising injuries. To help you with this, I will be providing in-depth exercise tutorials on my platform.
Following your plan couldn’t get easier! I will tell you the reps, sets and rest times of each workout. All you have to do is show up, follow the plan and work hard during each set! In order for your body to change and grow, you need to challenge and push it!
I know there is a lot of information out there about what diet you should follow, how much you should eat, how often and more! I will simplify nutrition for you!
When you sign up to DDC Fitness, I will create a personalised meal plan tailored to your dietary preferences and unique caloric and macronutrient needs. In order to see changes in your body, you NEED to be eating the proper nutritional breakdown for your body type and goals.
Don’t listen to what you read online. What works for you is different to what works for someone else. That’s why you NEED a personalised meal plan in order to achieve the results YOU want.
Your meal plan will contain nutritious, delicious and healthy meals so you never feel deprived or restricted.
To make things even easier for you, I will give you a detailed shopping list that outlines all the ingredients you need to buy on your next grocery shop. All you have to do is open your app and tick off as you shop!

Ever since I was young, I have always been very active. Whether that was dancing or doing athletics, I just had to be moving.
When I joined the gym at 15, I tried out pretty much everything it had to offer. I joined Zumba classes, yoga, pilates, spin and more! But when I started lifting weights, I honestly fell in love with it! To educate myself around bodybuilding and how to lift weights properly, I would spend hours watching YouTube videos to understand what exercises I could incorporate into my routine.
What I struggled with the most was my nutrition. I use to think in order to lose weight, I had to restrict myself and eat very little calories. I soon realised this wasn’t healthy and wouldn’t give me the long-term results I wanted. After year and years of trying and experimenting with different foods, I finally found what worked for me.
People started to ask me to train or write meal plans for them, but I would say no because I felt like I didn't have the right knowledge and didn't want to sell something I wasn't confident with. I decided to do a Personal Trainer course and get a Bachelor of Science Degree to learn more about Nutrition. Doing these gave me the confidence that I was lacking to help others.
In 2018, I wanted to challenge myself and take my training to the next level by doing my first bodybuilding competition. I didn't know what to expect, I just knew that I wanted to try it. I love the discipline that this sport teaches you and that is something I share with my clients. Obviously bodybuilding is not for everyone and I never push it on anyone BUT discipline is something we can all learn and benefit from in our everyday lives.
